My purchase isn’t quite right, what are my options?

Purchases from Baxter & Boo may be returned within 14 days of receiving your products for a full refund (excluding postage costs) providing they are unused and packaging is intact. Items may also be returned within 28 days for an exchange or a credit note/gift voucher.

How quickly will my purchase arrive?

At Baxter & Boo we aim to dispatch within 1 working day for express delivery and 2 working days for standard delivery. Purchases are dispatched via Royal Mail or courier dependent on the weight and size of the item.

Do you ship internationally?

Baxter & Boo are happy to ship wherever the Royal Mail will deliver! International delivery is more expensive as we use the Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed For International service but this ensures the purchase will arrive safely!
